Any researcher active in the IFToMM topics and located in Germany can get involved in IFToMM MO Germany! Explicitly, this holds in any phase of the career, including early phases such as PhD or post-doc studies. Especially if you are just starting the adventure of mechanism and machine research, just join the IFToMM community and meet peers who sharing your spirit!

The ideal opportunity to meet the IFToMM community are the international IFToMM-sponsored conferences, workshops and summer schools. The most convenient way to get in contact is to join national events such as IFToMM D-A-CH Konferenz or to simply contact the current chair of MO Germany via

Note, IFToMM is sponsored by its national MOs. In the case of IFToMM MO Germany, the annual fee for IFToMM is shared by the German universities with active members upon a decision made on the annual meeting. For 2020, the annual fee has been XX € per university.
